TBB Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your items and never have to return a thing, but we know that sometimes things happen! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to make everything right with you; our loyal customer! 

Once you have received your items please make sure that you inspect them and there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or a missing item. If any of this has happened please email us at shopthebasicbee@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your package and we will get you taken care of!
If you decide you are not 100% happy with your item and you would like to make a return please read the policies below: 
  •  TBB does NOT issue refunds. We DO issue store credit. This is ultimately up to our discretion. If a product is defective or if we have made a mistake, a full refund will be considered.

  • All sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items must be returned scent free, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached. 

  • Accessories and certain gift items are also not eligible for return, but are ultimately up to our discretion. Please email us with your inquiry.

  • We MUST receive your return within 15 days for your for your store credit to be issued. Any items received after this time frame will be denied.

  • We do not offer return shipping labels, although we hope to in the future! Shipping for these items is non-refundable unless it was our mistake.
